How Can severe Dizziness Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?

Are you going to charge me? I have congestive heart failure, Stage 3 chronic kidney failure, diabetes and many more. Today every time I stand up I get dizzy and it takes a nlong time for it to go away. Or, I can be doing nothing and have the effects of dizziness. I have shortness of breath aftere only a fgew steps and my he3art beats very rapidly. Wondering if I should go to the ER? I also take medication for High BP Is anybody going to answer me?

This shortness of breath are normal in people with heart failure,,but the dizziness you feel its probably from the side effect of the medication,,I advice you to see your doctor to give you something to decrease this feeling..
